Luxury dune villa with charging station

House:
This luxury dune villa is located on the gas-free holiday park Resort Cadzand, which opened in 2023. It is located approx. 1.5 km from the small-scale centre of Cadzand, where you will find several good restaurants. The beautiful North Sea beach is approx. 1.3 km away and the historic city of Bruges 25 km. The sustainable dune villa is fully equipped and covers two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with TV and an open plan kitchen with an oven and a dishwasher. There is also a bedroom with en-suite bathroom that has a walk-in shower and toilet. There is a separate toilet in the hall. The first floor features three additional bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet on the landing. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup. The dune villa is equipped with solar panels and a private station for charging electric vehicles. Outside you'll enjoy a garden with terrace and garden furniture. The dune villa has parking for two vehicles. At holiday park Resort Cadzand, various dune lodges and dune villas can be booked park for six to ten people. The holiday park has only recently opened. As a result, it is possible that the gardens (and the like) have not yet been fully landscaped and the vegetation has not yet fully grown.
