This luxury villa is located in the north of the largest Wadden Island Texel with its wide sandy beaches. From the large terrace you have a view of the extensive Krimbos. Ideal for families. The centre of De Cocksdorp is 400 m away with various shops and restaurants. The island of Texel offers many cycling and walking paths. All sights, activities and villages with terraces and shops are in a short distance from each other. Take the children to the Caluna swimming paradise or to the seals at Ecomare, and don't forget to stop for a drink on the terrace in Den Burg or De Koog. For walkers, the nature reserve "de Slufter" is highly recommended, as of course is a unique guided mudflat walk. The villa has a spacious and luxurious open plan kitchen. The bright living room with dining table offers comfort for a large group and there is a washing and drying combination in the common room. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with bathroom en suite. On the first floor you will find 1 bedroom with bathroom en suite, 2 separate bedrooms and 1 separate bathroom.
