Duinvilla Wellness 5 is a new, detached luxury villa on the beautiful island of Texel. Upon entering the house, you arrive in a spacious entrance hall with access to a separate toilet and the bright living room with an open-plan kitchen. The sand-colored kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including an induction cooktop, combination microwave/oven, dishwasher, oven, and built-in refrigerator with freezer compartment. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the bathroom. A staircase in the hallway leads to the first floor with two further bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms is suitable for one person, the other has a double bed. Both bathrooms are stylishly furnished, and the upstairs bathroom features a semi-freestanding bathtub. Another highlight is the infrared sauna and the luxuriously landscaped garden. Here you will find a pergola and a whirlpool heated by a heat pump, as well as a luxurious outdoor kitchen. Two parking spaces are also available directly at the house. If the outside temperature is below 10 degrees Celsius, the whirlpool will take longer to heat up.
