This lovely apartment has a fine location near the beach and an attractive decoration with modern comforts. It is great for an unforgettable family holiday. The beach is 300 metres' walk from the accommodation and you can spend your days relaxing by the water. No more than 20 steps away is the forest with many kilometres of hiking and cycling trails, and about 2 km away is ECOMARE; the Nature Centre for Wadden and North Sea, where seals are fed every day. Between beach, dunes and mud flats, you will find a fascinating world here on Texel, adorned by birds, plants and romantic views. Part of the garden is at your disposal, where you can relax on a nice seat. Furthermore, it is good to know that you are staying on the upper floor of the owner's house, on a bed and breakfast basis. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker, kettle and compact fridge. One of the bedrooms is equipped with seating so you can watch series together, while enjoying a snack and a drink, on the modern smart TV. Barbecuing is allowed, provided you bring your own. In consultation with the owner, you may be able to check in earlier.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 75,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
