The spacious open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms in total. Both are located on the first floor and are furnished with two single box-spring beds and a TV. The bathroom has a shower, whirlpool, double sink, and a toilet. A separate toilet is also located on the ground floor. From the living room, French doors open onto the terrace and the spacious southwest-facing garden. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, including a lounge set. For children, there is a shared playground with various play equipment near the villa. Two private parking spaces are available.
