This charming villa, suitable for six people, has a bedroom on the ground floor. The villa is within walking distance of De Koog and the beach. The spacious, bright living room is a wonderful place to relax. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. There are three bedrooms in total. One is located on the ground floor and has two single box-spring beds. On the first floor are two bedrooms: one with two single box-spring beds and one with a double bed. The large bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub. From the living room, French doors open onto the terrace and the lovely garden. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture. For children, there is a communal playground with various play equipment near the villa. Two private parking spaces are available. This holiday home is located at Villapark Kamperfoelie, a spacious, small, and intimate five-star park on the edge of the seaside resort of De Koog. This park features luxurious villas that offer plenty of privacy and comfort. They're a 5-minute walk from the charming village center and less than a 15-minute walk from the beach.
