This holiday home is tastefully furnished and fully equipped. The entrance leads into the living room with a lovely sitting area and smart TV. The conservatory features a dining area with a dining table for 6 people. The many windows make it a wonderfully bright space with views of the garden and terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with various built-in appliances, including a combination oven, dishwasher, and various coffee machines. There are three bedrooms. One is located on the ground floor and features a comfortable double box-spring bed and a TV. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both with two single box-spring beds. One bedroom has a TV and a private terrace. There is also a bathroom on the first floor with a shower, sink, and toilet. A separate toilet is located on the ground floor. From the conservatory, sliding doors open onto the garden and southeast-facing terrace, offering the perfect opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, and the garden is fully fenced. A washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room. An additional fridge-freezer is also available in the utility room. Free Wi-Fi is available. Children's furniture is available for rent for a fee. This is a non-smoking property. One pet is allowed, for which a surcharge applies. Private parking for one car in the garden (gate opens with a remote control). Other cars can be parked on the streets.
