Luxurious and charming 10-person family villa located in the seaside resort of De Koog, near the beach and forest. This spacious holiday home is tastefully furnished and fully equipped. The generous living room features a sitting area with a gas fireplace, smart TV, and Harman Kardon speakers. There is a dining area with a large dining table for 10 people. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with various built-in appliances, including a combination microwave, dishwasher, Jura coffee machine, filter coffee maker, milk frother, and toaster. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, both with ensuite bathrooms featuring a walk-in shower and sink. A wellness area with a coffee corner, loungers, Finnish sauna, walk-in shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet is also located on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a separate bathroom. This bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet. There is also an additional space on the first floor suitable for a crib. All bedrooms in the house feature comfortable box-spring beds, three of which have double mattress toppers. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. The living area opens directly onto the terrace through sliding doors. The spacious terrace is equipped with an outdoor kitchen with The Bastard BBQ, a dining and lounge set with a fire pit, and a parasol. The garden is fully enclosed and south-facing with panoramic views. Bicycles can be safely stored in the garage. Private parking is available. A washing machine, dryer, and children's furniture are provided. Additional children's furniture is available upon request and for a fee. An additional freezer is located in the utility room.
