Luxury 8-person holiday villa located between the seaside resort of De Koog and Den Burg, near the beach and forest. This spacious country house is tastefully furnished and fully equipped. The living room features a seating area with a gas fireplace, smart TV, and music system. There is a dining area with a large dining table for 8 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped with various built-in appliances, such as a combination microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, and sandwich maker. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom, featuring a spacious walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a separate second bathroom. This bathroom is equipped with a 2-person Finnish sauna, a spacious walk-in shower with a sunshower, a bathtub with a whirlpool function, and a vanity unit. All bedrooms in the house feature comfortable box-spring beds and a TV. Additionally, there is a separate toilet on both the ground floor and the first floor. The living area is directly connected to the terrace by sliding doors. The terrace is equipped with a dining set, a lounge set, and a parasol. The garden faces south. You can safely lock up your bicycles in the typical Texel beach house. Additionally, you can make use of the garden fireplace and charcoal barbecue. Children can enjoy jumping on the in-ground trampoline while you enjoy the peace and quiet with a snack and a drink. The new biodiesel hot tub can be used all year round. A washing machine, dryer, and children's furniture are available in the utility room. Free Wi-Fi is provided. A pleasant temperature can be achieved via underfloor heating. Firewood is provided as standard; we charge EURO27.50 for this. You receive approximately 5 bags of wood for this price.
