Charming 4-person country house, located near the seaside resort of De Koog, with a spacious garden and plenty of privacy. The spacious and bright living room features a sitting area, TV, and a gas fireplace, which creates a cozy and warm atmosphere as soon as you light it. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, combination microwave, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso machine. There's also a spacious dining area with a dining table for 6 people. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable double box-spring beds. The renovated bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with rain showerhead, a large sink, and a toilet. There's also a separate toilet on the ground floor. From the living room, you have access to the lovely garden, which offers plenty of privacy. There are several areas where you can relax. Garden furniture and a parasol are provided. The washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room, where you'll also find a separate freezer. Parking is available for two cars. Free Wi-Fi. Smoking is not permitted. Pets are allowed (with the exception of cats), but there is a surcharge. Children's furniture is provided as standard, and additional children's furniture is available for a fee. Solar panels generate (part of) the renewable energy.
