Spacious and bright holiday villa for 10 people with a lovely, expansive garden. Located in the 't Hoogeland holiday park and near the Texel Pine Forest. The living room features a sitting area with various seating options, a television, music system, and a cozy gas fireplace. The renovated open-plan kitchen with a cooking island is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, combination microwave, citrus juicer, and a Senseo filter coffee machine. The cooking island provides extra space and comfort for cooking together, and there's also a spacious dining area with a dining table for 10 people. There are five bedrooms, three of which have televisions, and three renovated bathrooms. Entering the basement via the stairs, you'll unsuspectingly find two spacious bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rain shower, a sink, and a toilet. There's also a Finnish sauna here, perfect for relaxing. Both bedrooms are furnished with two single box-spring beds. On the first floor, you'll find three more spacious bedrooms, each furnished with two single box-spring beds. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower with a rain shower head, a bathtub, and a sink. On the first floor, there's another separate bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower with a rain shower head and a sink. There are also two separate toilets, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The garden is accessible from the living room through sliding doors. The garden offers plenty of privacy and comfort, making it a wonderful place to enjoy your holiday with family and/or friends. Garden furniture is provided. The villa has two private parking spaces. Children's furniture is provided; additional children's furniture is available for a fee. A washing machine and dryer are available. Free Wi-Fi is available. Smoking is not permitted.
