There are three bedrooms, each furnished with two single box-spring beds. One bedroom is on the ground floor, while the other two bedrooms are upstairs and each have a sink and a TV. There are two well-maintained bathrooms. One is on the ground floor and has a shower, toilet, and sink. The second bathroom is on the first floor and features a bathtub, walk-in shower, and sink. A separate toilet is also located on the first floor. Sliding doors from the living room open onto the sheltered, south-facing garden. There are several seating areas where you can relax and enjoy the sun. Garden furniture and a parasol are provided. Two private parking spaces are available at the property. A washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room. An additional refrigerator is also available in the utility room. Free Wi-Fi is available. Smoking is not permitted. A cot and highchair are provided as standard; additional children's furniture is available upon request and for a fee. Gates are available that can be placed at the top or bottom of the stairs. There is a shed with space for two bicycles.
