A delightful 4-person villa with a private pool, quietly situated in the heart of the forest between Den Burg and De Koog. Upon entering the villa, you step into the living room, which opens directly onto the garden and private pool through large windows. The living room features a sitting area with a Smart TV and a spacious dining area with a dining table for 4. Passing the dining area, you enter the neat open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, convection oven, and coffee maker. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, both with a double bed. The neat bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor. The doors to the balconies are locked and cannot be used. The garden is accessible from the living room through sliding doors. Walking outside, you'll find yourself in the garden, next to the lovely private pool and terrace. Next to the pool, you'll find a comfortable seating area with a lounge sofa and an outdoor shower. At the rear of the villa is another terrace where you can relax on beautiful days; this terrace is also fully enclosed. Parking for two cars is available at the property. A washing machine and dryer are available in the storage room. A high chair is provided, and additional children's furniture is available upon request and for a fee. Free Wi-Fi is available. Pets and children are not permitted unattended around the pool.
