The spacious living room features satellite TV (including German channels), Wi-Fi, a comfortable seating area (sofa and armchair), and a separate dining area with seating for four. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, pod coffee machine, and kettle. The house has one bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) that can be pushed together, and another bedroom with a bunk bed (90x190cm). The newly renovated bathroom includes a shower, towel warmer, sink, and toilet. Our house has its own parking space located at the entrance to the property. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee at reception. Pets and smoking are not permitted inside the house.
