There is a dining area with a dining table for 5. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, and several coffee makers. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one of which has three beds. All bedrooms have single box-spring beds. The bathroom is located on the ground floor and features a spacious walk-in shower with a rain shower head and a large sink. The toilet is located separately. The living area opens directly onto the terrace through sliding doors. The south-facing terrace is furnished with garden furniture. The spacious garden (1000m²) is shaded by trees, fully fenced, and features a playground. The bicycle shed has an electrical connection for charging e-bikes. A washing machine and dryer are available in the hall. Children's furniture is available upon request and for a fee. Free Wi-Fi. Smoking is not permitted. Two parking spaces are available on-site. The stairs to the upper floor are open and have a handrail on the wall.
