This new holiday home has four bedrooms: one on the ground floor and three on the first floor. All bedrooms feature two single box-spring beds with single duvets (synthetic). Adjacent to the ground-floor bedroom is a bathroom with a bathtub, rain shower, and sink. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. The living area includes a TV corner with a smart TV and cable connection. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. On autumn and winter days, you can enjoy the wood-burning stove in the attractive and cozy seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a filter coffee machine, a Krups coffee machine, two combination microwave ovens, two refrigerators with freezer compartments, a dishwasher, and an induction hob. On the first floor, there are two bathrooms with rain showers and sinks. There is also a second separate toilet. The utility room houses the washing machine and dryer. The spacious garden is furnished with patio furniture, including a lounge sofa. Private parking for up to two cars is available directly at the house. The house is non-smoking.
