A wonderfully spacious country house for 8 people, with 3 bathrooms, peacefully situated among the dune valleys and overlooking the fields. Upon entering the country house through the entrance, you enter the living room. Here you'll find a lovely sitting area with a TV and a dining area with a dining table for 8 people. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to flood in, allowing you to truly enjoy the peace and quiet. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, combination microwave, and various coffee machines. Up the stairs to the basement, you'll find 3 bedrooms and a lovely bathroom. Two bedrooms have a double box-spring bed, and the other bedroom has a three-quarter bed. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, bathtub, and a sink. On the ground floor, there's one bedroom with a double box-spring bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, toilet, and double sink. The bedroom provides direct access to the lovely terrace, and this bedroom is also wheelchair accessible from the living room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a TV and both are furnished with two single box-spring beds. The neat bathroom features a walk-in shower, bathtub, and sink. A special Texel touch on the walls of all bedrooms makes waking up every morning a wonderful experience. There is a separate toilet on each floor. From the living room, you enter the beautiful south-facing garden. Surrounded by dune valleys, the garden exudes a wonderful sense of tranquility. There are several seating areas where you can relax and enjoy the sun and tranquility. There are manually operated sun blinds and a trampoline, so children can also have a great time. Garden furniture is provided. There are three private parking spaces at the property. A cot and highchair are provided. Additional children's furniture is available upon request and for a fee. Free Wi-Fi. Smoking is not permitted.
