There is a dining area with a large dining table for four. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with various built-in appliances, including a combination microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, and toaster. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both furnished with two comfortable single box-spring beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, double sink, and toilet. A separate toilet is located on the ground floor. The living area opens directly onto two terraces through French doors. The terraces are furnished with patio furniture and a parasol. The south-facing garden offers plenty of privacy. The children can play in the spacious garden while you enjoy the peace and quiet with a snack and a drink.
