Upon entering the living room, you'll find the delightful open-plan kitchen with a cooking island. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, convection oven, Quooker, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso coffee maker. There's also a spacious dining area with a dining table for 6 people, perfect for enjoying a meal. Passing the dining area, you'll enter the living room, which features a sitting area with a Smart TV. There are four bedrooms, one on the ground floor and three on the first floor. The living room leads to the bedroom, which has a comfortable double box-spring bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and bathtub. Upstairs, the bedrooms feature large windows, creating spacious and bright bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a comfortable double box-spring bed, and one has a comfortable single bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. Patio doors in the living room open onto the south-facing garden. The comfortable lounge sofa is perfect for relaxing. Garden furniture is provided. The accommodation has two private parking spaces. Children's furniture is available upon request, and additional children's furniture is available for a fee. A washing machine and dryer are available. Free Wi-Fi is available. Smoking is not permitted. The stairs are very steep, and there is no stair gate.
