In the quiet part of the new park lies the 500 m² garden plot with its thatched-roof holiday home. Next to the south-facing terrace is a garden shed with an electric grill and a handcart. The well-maintained holiday home offers every comfort: The spacious living room has a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. The large table comfortably seats six people for meals. On the ground floor, in addition to a WC and shower room, there is a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and a second refrigerator. The upper floor has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a sitting area with a TV, one with a double bed, and one with two single beds – all with ample closet space, a bathroom (bathtub/shower & WC), and a storage room for luggage.
