The garden faces south/west and offers pleasant hours of relaxation by the water. Everything has been thought of. From a barbecue and beach chair to sunshades and a comfortable seating area with cushions, the garden offers a variety of amenities. The house itself accommodates up to 6 people. On the ground floor, you'll find the hallway with a toilet, followed by the eat-in kitchen and the living room with a view of the water. The first floor features three bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet, as well as a fantastic view of the water and the garden. Parking is available for two cars in front of the house. Internet access is available. Dogs are welcome upon request. This is a non-smoking house.
