Villa Strandkorb is located in the Golf & Beach Resort Ooghduyne, one of the most beautiful parks in North Holland, in a quiet location on a plot at the edge of the grounds, directly behind the dunes. The house offers 135 square meters of living space. On the ground floor, there is a large, bright bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and a sunshower (shower and tanning or infrared light simultaneously!) and a Finnish sauna. Pure wellness! The separate toilet is right next to the bathroom. The bathroom is opposite a bedroom furnished with a large wardrobe and a high-quality, comfortable box-spring bed (1.80m x 2.00m) with reading lamps, a safe, a dressing table with a mirror, and a flat-screen TV. From the hallway, you enter the spacious, bright living and dining area. The open gable ceiling in the room creates a very special atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen adjoins a cozy dining table with six chairs. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, with everything from cutlery and dishes to ample pots and pans, an oven, a gas stove, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a fully automatic coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. The living room features a large, high-quality leather sofa, a fireplace, and a modern TV. From the living room, you can access the covered terrace, where you can comfortably relax in the evenings. A separate dining area with a glass windbreak is located on the terrace. A separate barbecue area with a stone grill and seating invites you to enjoy pleasant barbecue evenings. The garden is beautifully landscaped and offers complete privacy. A staircase leads to the gallery, where an exercise bike is located. From there, you can access the bedrooms and the bathroom. The first bedroom also features a flat-screen TV, a 1.80 x 2.00m bed with luxury mattresses, and reading lamps. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m) and a flat-screen TV. The fourth bedroom has a single bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m). The bathroom has natural light and also a walk-in shower (new 02/2020).
