Welcome to the small-scale apartment complex Vista Maris. This complex is located exactly between the Scheldt and the marina of Sint-Annaland. From Apartment 22 you have a beautiful, wide view over the water. Indulge in various water sports (think windsurfing, sailing, swimming), or take the day to relax on the beach of Sint Annaland. Even when you stay at home you can enjoy the surroundings: spot the ships, the birds or the seals. There is something to experience here for everyone! Apartment 22 consists of one floor with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large storage room. Snuggle up on the couch in the bright living room, or play a game at the dining table. There is also a high chair for small children. And do you have pets? These are also very welcome (maximum two). In the kitchen you will find a combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle and Nespresso and filter coffee machine. There is also a small bar here. In the bathroom you will find a shower, toilet and sink. Both bedrooms have a double bed (160x200 cm), a bedside table and wardrobe. One of the two bedrooms has a TV. There is also a folding baby cot (60x120 cm). When you wake up in the morning, you can step straight from your bedroom onto the balcony, with a view over the water. Because the apartment is located on the first floor, you have a balcony on both sides, with a beautiful view. The main terrace, with dining table and sun loungers, overlooks the marina. From the second terrace you look out over the Scheldt. Apartment 22 has one parking space. You can also park for free at the beginning of the Havenweg. Are you coming by bike? You can store these on the ground floor. Here you will find the storage room, including socket. From apartment 22 you look out over the water.
