This modern, semi-detached villa has an artistic location on the Waterrijck villa park. It is a boathouse home with its own mooring for an open small! sailboat or a sloop. The house was built in 2003 and stands in the water. The interior is bright with great attention to comfort, and comfortably accommodates a family. Plenty of water sports can be enjoyed at the IJsselmeer. Beach lovers will enjoy the available beach and the rural surroundings of Stavoren are a true paradise for cyclists, hikers and lovers of peace and nature. Also pay a visit to the nearby Frisian Elfsteden towns such as Hindeloopen and Workum. The living area is located on the second floor, so you have a beautiful view over the water.In front you look beautifully over the busy Johan Frisokanaal, behind you can swim in the harbor bowl. Marinapark with various facilities such as a lovely indoor pool is open from the Easter weekend until the last weekend of the autumn vacations, in October.
