The holiday home was built in 1973 and modernized in 2022. The house has two bedrooms with double beds as well as an alcove with a single bed that can be made into a double bed. Bathroom with WC and shower. Bed linen, electricity and final cleaning is included in the rent. The open and social kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, coffee maker and freezer. In the living room there is a cozy fireplace.

Outside you will find a 60 square meter terrace and a covered area with garden furniture and a barbecue. In front of the house there is a lawn with playground equipment. It is only 250 meters to lake Lygnevannet with a shallow sandy beach, and the nearest hiking trail starts right at the door. The center with shops and restaurants is 1.5 kilometers away, and in winter it is 16 kilometers to the ski resort and cross-country ski trails.
