Seimsvannet, der nächstgelegene See, ist bei Anglern das ganze Jahr hindurch beliebt. Im Sommer kann man hier auch sehr gut baden. Kurze Fahrt zum Lyngheissenter. Sehr zu empfehlen! Fantastische Natur, die sie in die Wikingerzeit zurück reisen lässt. Ansonsten ist es nicht weit nach Bergen, erleben Sie die berühmte Brygge, das Aquarium und die Fløybahn hoch zum Fløyen für die beste Aussicht auf die Stadt. In Knarvik, ca. 9 km vom Haus, gibt es Shoppingcenter.
