Gemütliches, traditionelles Blockhaus in ungestörter Lage mit phantastischer Aussicht über die Ortschaft Svarstad. Das Ferienhaus hat ein schönes Grundstück mit Feuerstelle und einer mit Holz geheitzten finnischen Sauna. Diese stille, dünn besiedelte Gegend ist perfekt zur Erholung und Entspannung das ganze Jahr durch. Hier finden Sie spannende Angelseen, einen Lachsfluss, Wanderpfade und tolle Radwege. Nicht weit entfernt liegen Golfplätze sowie der Kletternpark "Høyt og Lavt". Es führen zur Winterzeit gute Langlaufloipen durch dieses Gebiet. Svarstad liegt ca. 40 bis 60 Minuten Autofahrt von Städten wie Tønsberg, Sandefjord und Larvik; jede von denen hat ihre eigene Fundstätte aus der Wikingerzeit. Auch Oslo liegt weniger als 1,5 Autostunden entfernt.

"We had a wonderful time in Svarstad at Gjermunds! The house is great and very cozy. What really stands out is the truly beautiful interior design. You can tell that a lot of love and taste went into it, and that it’s not just filled up with Ikea furniture. A highlight is the barrel sauna, located in the beautiful garden with a great view and a wood-burning stove. The area is lovely, and the views are fantastic. I would have wished for more hiking trails starting directly from the house. However, the electricity costs seem quite high at 3 NOK/kWh

We hadden een geweldige week met de familie...het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en erg comfortabel.. ( slaapkamers beetje klein maar met passen en meten lukt het wel )Het uitzicht is geweldig,we hadden prachtig weer,alle dagen buiten gegeten,maar op slechte dagen is er genoeg plaats binnen.Wij raden zeker aan dit huis te huren.
