The living room has a fireplace, TV and a table with chairs. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at guests' disposal. There is a washing machine. The house has heating (electric and auxiliary with a wood fireplace). The house has a large, covered terrace with a set of comfortable garden furniture and barbecue equipment. Wireless internet is available. On the fenced, private area there is a safe parking lot, a fireplace and a small playground for children. The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, firewood, internet, parking. A baby cot and a high chair are also available on request. Attractions in the area: The biggest attraction is Lake Woswin, on the shore of which there is a summer house. The lake has very clean water, encouraging swimming and diving. The lake has an area of 800 ha, at its deepest point it is 29 m deep. An ideal reservoir for fishing enthusiasts, a big advantage is that the owner of the facility has a rowing boat, so you can fish both from the pier and from the boat. It is worth cycling around the lake, visiting the beach in the village of Tuczno and the villages on the other side of the reservoir - Konieczna and Cieszyno. The following towns are located in the area: Chociwel, Wegorzyno, Lobez. There you can count on a restaurant, a cafe and general stores.
