On the ground floor, there's a living room with a well-equipped open-plan kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other two single beds. Each cottage is air-conditioned. An outdoor children's pool is available from July 1st to August 31st. The property also includes a playground, barbecue, parking, and internet access. The entire property is fenced. This is an ideal place for families with children. Dziwnów lies between the Baltic Sea and the Wrzosowski Reservoir. It's a perfect place for water sports enthusiasts. A windsurfing and kitesurfing school operates on the Wrzosowski Reservoir. Kayak and pedal boat rentals are available nearby. The Baltic Dinosaur Park is located in Wrzosów, a kilometer from Dziwnówek. In addition to the educational trail with impressive dinosaur figures, there is also a mini zoo in the form of a safari, inhabited by alpacas, llamas, ostriches, pigs, ornamental birds, and even a white kangaroo from Australia.
