OFFER DIRECTLY FROM THE OWNER, PRIVATE, INDIVIDUAL.I would like to invite you to rent exclusively a summer house with an independent, detached, brick, fenced recreational house in Lugowiska by the lake Lugowskie (Szczytnowskie), Chocen commune, (kujawsko-pomorskie province), ok.80 KM from Lódz, 80 km from Torun, 110 km from Bydgoszcz, 25 km from Wloclawek, 180 km from Warsaw.The plot is nicely landscaped and at your exclusive disposal. There is a comfortable garden swing with cushions, 2 deckchairs, a large mobile grill. Near the house there is a cozy terrace, surrounded by beautiful vegetation, fenced parking for cars.On the terrace there is garden furniture with cushions. Around the house, there are conifers, spruces, pines, but also a place to sunbathe or play ball (half in the shade, half in the sun).The area is level, safe, all fenced, microclimate, wildlife, peace and quiet, partial view of the lake.To the lake, the nearest point in a straight line is about 100 meters, while to the sandy shore with infrastructure about 150 meters.The plot has no direct access to the lake.The lake is of glacial type with super clear water all year round and fish.At the lake there is a beautiful, nicely developed place, a shore for swimming, sunbathing, a small sandy beach, a shallow, sandy entrance to the water, piers, a bench and a grill (public, general access).Further away, a sandy municipal beach (15 min. on foot), or guarded beaches in Chodecz and Choceniu.Surrounded by meadows, further forests, mushrooms, plenty of space for hiking and cycling.The nearest shop and bar is approx. 15 min walk away.
