House:
A picturesque spot in the Warmia and Mazury region, surrounded by lakes and forests. An ideal place for those who value peace, nature, and proximity to water (Lake Pluszne is 200 meters from the house). On a private, fenced property, guests will find a large, comfortable holiday villa with a covered terrace, complete with garden furniture and loungers. The holiday home has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a very large living room (with a TV, large dining table, fireplace, sofa bed, and table tennis table), a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower (also equipped with a washing machine). On the first floor, there are five additional double bedrooms and three bathrooms (one with a bathtub and two with showers). Fireplace heating with hot air distribution to all rooms, plus additional electric heating. Wireless internet is available. On the private property, there is a brick barbecue. For children, there is a sandbox and a trampoline. Secure parking is available. Included in the price: bedding, electricity, water, heating, firewood, table tennis, internet, and parking. A cot and highchair are available upon request. The area's biggest attraction is Lake Pluszne (a beach with a gentle, sandy slope into the water 200 meters from the house). It's one of the cleanest lakes in Poland, well-known to diving enthusiasts, characterized by its sandy bottom. Anglers will also enjoy time spent on the lakeshore. Easy, scenic cycling routes have been marked around the lake. Nearby, there's an attractive playground and a beach volleyball court on the nearby lake beach. In the village of Pluski, there's a fish fryer, a highly praised restaurant, and the local shop sells smoked fish and other regional fish preserves. 25 km from the house is the attractive "BARTBO" amusement park for families with children. A large water park is 1 km away.
