On the ground floor there is a spacious and elegant living room with TV and a set of lounge furniture. From the living room there is an exit to the covered terrace and further to the well-kept garden with a pond. On the ground floor there is also a dining room with a large table and a very well-equipped kitchen. There is an additional, smaller table in the kitchen. On this floor there is also a 3-person sauna, shower and toilet. On the ground floor there is air conditioning. On the first floor there are 2 separate bedrooms (including 1 with a balcony and TV) and a bathroom with shower (there is a washing machine here). Steep stairs lead to the attic, where there is another, atmospheric bedroom with a seating area with a sofa and TV. Central heating. Wireless internet and barbecue facilities are available. There is a secure parking lot (additionally paid) within the fenced property. For an additional fee, you can rent 4 bikes. The owner of the property lives on the neighboring property. There is a small playground by his house, which can also be used by guests. The price of your stay includes: bed linen, towels, water and electricity consumption (limit 20 kWh/day), heating, air conditioning, internet, cot and highchair.
