Excellent location, 500 m from the beach, in a quiet area, just 300 m from an attractive swimming pool complex. A luxurious, two-story, XXL holiday home with a private garden, where guests have exclusive use of barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and sun loungers. On the ground floor, there is a beautiful and spacious living room (with a TV, a sofa bed, and a decorative fireplace), a large and well-equipped kitchen with a dining area (with a large table), a double bedroom, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool bathtub, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are three separate double bedrooms (one of which has a balcony), a mezzanine with a small library and a desk, and a toilet (with a washing machine and dryer). The house has a large, covered terrace. Central heating (underfloor heating on the ground floor) and wireless internet is available. The holiday home is located within a small holiday resort, but has a separate, private, fenced garden. The shared grounds, available to all guests, include a children's playground, a garden gazebo, and bicycle rentals. Secure parking is available. Rental rates include bed linen, towels, water consumption, heating, internet, and parking. A cot and highchair are available upon request. Ustronie Morskie is located in Western Pomerania, 10 km east of Kolobrzeg. A sandy, clean beach, a walking pier, a seaside atmosphere, and a picturesque cliff are the advantages of this resort. The international R-10 cycling trail runs through Ustronie Morskie, making it an easy and pleasant way to cycle to Kolobrzeg. Along the way, you'll pass Sianozety, a small summer resort. Traveling in the opposite direction (east), you can visit Gaski (a lighthouse), Sarbinowo, and even Mielno, situated on a spit between the Baltic Sea and Lake Jamno.
