Three of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with two single beds. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom in the hallway. The master bedroom on the first floor has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a private balcony with a table and chairs and fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean, the golf course, and the lake. A spiral staircase provides direct access to the pool area. The spacious living/dining room features a table and chairs for six, three sofas, a TV, a DVD player, Wi-Fi, and doors leading to the outdoor terrace with a pool (7.5 x 4.5 meters – heating is available at an additional cost), a table, and chairs for al fresco dining. This area is also accessible from the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a washer/dryer.
