The villa features beautiful terraces spread over two levels and was recently renovated in 2024, including a heated pool with a new pool cover. Just 20 minutes to Faro Airport, 25 minutes to Tavira, and 2 hours to Seville in Spain or 2.5 hours to Lisbon. The stunning golf courses of Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura, and Almancil are 25 minutes away. The picturesque Loulé is 15 minutes away, and Fuseta with its beautiful islands and beaches is 30 minutes away. São Brás de Alportel, with all major supermarkets, is only 5 minutes away. The large Aquapark of Quarteira is 20 minutes away.
