Fabulous Villa for 10 people with truly impressive views of the Cala de Camp de Mar from each of the windows! The Villa and all its habitable spaces are of enormous dimensions, very spacious and comfortable. The Villa has a large entrance, 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms (one with a double bed, and the other 2 with 3 single beds ideal for the young ones in the family). In the living room, they have 2 individual sofa beds. Tourist license number: ETV/5695.
On the ground floor, we find a huge dining room that opens directly onto the terrace-balcony, perfect for al fresco dining & chilling. The fully equipped kitchen and BBQ are nearby, along with an additional bathroom. A beautiful terrace that wraps around the entire house with views of the cove, with access to the private saltwater pool and gardens.
The property is located in a quiet residential area, but within a few minutes you have the cove with a supermarket, bars, and restaurants. With countless options by driving a bit, Paguera, Puerto Andratx, Magalluf, and Santa Ponsa are nearby.
They have parking available on the same property.
*This property is located in a residential area, which is why only families or groups of responsible people who desire tranquility are accepted, youth groups will not be accepted.
Rules:
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If desired, you can smoke outside and make sure to not leave cigarette butts on the ground.
- Maintain order and cleanliness at all times.
- You must take responsibility for the garbage generated during your stay. Please separate the trash in the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.
- Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close windows and doors so that cold or hot air does not escape.
- It is not allowed to celebrate parties or events in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules. No type of noise is permitted from 10 pm to 9 am.
Reservation Conditions:
- Visitors must pay a deposit of 250 Euros (in cash) upon arrival, which will be refunded upon departure.
- Tourist Tax: 2.2€/adult/night to be paid in cash upon arrival.
