Description

The house has an excellent architectural design, which is accompanied by a spectacular decoration and interior design. The quality of the furniture throughout the house stands out, with the presence of the best brands of high Italian, French, Scandinavian design... such as Cattelan, Lago, Ligne Roset, Arketipo... Behind this furniture there is the signature of great designers such as Philippe Starck, Claudio Dondoli, Marco Pocci, Andrea Lucatello, Sebastian Herkner, Mauro Lipparini, Giuseppe Viganò... The house stands out for its great luminosity and spaciousness, and the unconventional dimensions of the doors and windows are also surprising. Such as the single-leaf entrance doors, which are more than 1.70m wide and 3.50m high, or the garage door, which is almost 6m long. In addition, the privileged location of the house offers magnificent views of the Tramuntana mountain range. In order to be able to enjoy this splendid landscape from practically every corner of the property, the main façade has been equipped with 6 large windows, with the aim of framing the whole of the mountain. The largest single piece of glass is over 5m long and 3m high. The quality and design are still present in the kitchen, taps, bathrooms, toilets... signed by Porcelanosa, as well as in the electrical appliances with brands such as Bosch Neff... The terrace furniture, consisting of outdoor dining room, sun loungers, hammocks, rugs... is by Vondom. The lighting is from brands such as Foscarini, Artemide, Pulpo... In the centre of the house there is a centenary olive tree (more than 200 years old). The swimming pool is located on the rooftop, in order to maximize the great potential of the views, thus obtaining a panoramic view of practically the entire Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range and even the sea of the Bay of Alcudia. In addition, one of the walls of the pool is made of glass, which allows the light and the movement of the water to be reflected inside the house and at the same time the dining room and the living room can be observed from the bottom of the pool.
