Description

This finca is the perfect holiday home for a family holiday with children or friends in the middle of the idyllic landscape in the north of the island near the village of Buger. The cozy two-story finca with a living space of 140 m2 has a total of three bedrooms (1x double bed, 2x single beds each) and two bathrooms and a guest toilet. Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning and are located on the first floor, where the two full bathrooms are also located. The third bedroom is on the ground floor right next to the guest toilet. The living room with dining table, satellite TV and WiFi internet is also on the ground floor and the adjacent kitchen with access to the terrace is fully equipped with a dishwasher. The shady terrace is equipped with a dining table and a chilled out sofa corner. From here you have a wonderful view of the beautiful garden and the village of Buger. Towards the pool there is a covered barbecue area on the left. And from the barbecue area you continue to the private 8 m x 4 m swimming pool (depth 0.60m - 1.80m) which is embedded in a lawn and the surrounding high hedge bushes provide the necessary privacy. The finca also includes a piece of land with around 5,500 m2 on which you can find almond and orange trees. In just a few minutes by car you can reach the small, charming village of Búger. In Sa Pobla, approx. 4.5 km from the house, you will find large supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. The popular beaches of the bays of Pollença and Alcudia can also be reached quickly by car thanks to the ideal motorway connection. There is enough parking space. Pets must be requested in advance.
