Description

Son Serra is a 2 bedroom country house for 4 people with private pool set on 5.700m2 near Búger, Mallorca, a charming rustic style one storey house of 110m2 with views of the mountains. Outside To the rear of the villa and accessed from the kitchen and dining room is a 15m2 covered terrace complete with rectangular dining table and chairs, overlooking the garden and lawned children's area with various garden toys for young children, an ideal place to enjoy alfresco meals or relax and watch the little ones play. On the other side of the terrace there are steps leading down to the attractive elevated swimming pool. The pool measures 5,3 x 5,3m. Depth min/Max 1,7m and has 4 sunbeds and parasol. At the front of the villa there is a barbecue area with table and chairs and parking. The house consists of an independent traditional kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and outside door. A modern and bright living/dining room complete with chaise sofa, wall mounted TV and free standing fireplace where you will feel at home. The dining room houses an elegant rectangular table and chairs for 6 people, with direct access to the outside terrace through the double glass doors leading to the patio. There are 2 bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and exterior glass doors. One has a queen size double bed and the other two single beds. There is a full bathroom with bath/shower and hairdryer. The house has air conditioning and wifi. Location The property is located only 500 m from the charming village of Búger, in the north of Mallorca, in a very quiet area. In about 10 minutes by car you can reach the beautiful beaches of Puerto Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa, the famous golf course of Pollensa which is only 15 km away or the water park Hidropark Alcudia only 18 km away. Furthermore, Campanet and Caimari are two dreamlike villages not far away. For shopping, you can go to Inca, where prestigious shops have leather goods on offer. The eco tax is not included in the price and is payable 30 days before arrival. Electricity extra cost to be paid on arrival. Final cleaning extra cost per booking. Deposit in cash and refund by transfer within 7 days after departure. House rules: No groups of young people with members under 25 years old are allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets are not allowed.
