This beautiful holiday villa La Playata with pool, is located in a quiet area with a breathtaking view of the sea. It is in the south of Mallorca, approximately 25 km from the island's capital, Palma. La Playata is located in the quiet and safe coastal village of Badia Gran and is perfect for families. The villa invites you to relax and enjoy a beautiful holiday with the turquoise- blue Mediterranean Sea.

The beautiful villa has an area of 170 m2 and is perfectly equipped with a clean, modern interior, elegant furniture, and everything you need to enjoy your holiday in style.

Inside, the villa is spread over a living room with a view and direct access to the terrace with pool; here you can relax on the large couch and end the evening by the fireplace. In the same room are the dining room and a modern kitchen equipped with an induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. There are 3 bedrooms in total, including a master bedroom which has its own private bathroom with a freestanding bath. The other two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and two single beds. In addition, there is another bathroom with a shower.

The outdoor area is varied and impressive, offering various possibilities to stay outside and enjoy the sun. In addition to the terrace with private pool, sun loungers, and parasols for refreshment, the villa has a large dining table, a children's area with sandpit and toys, and a barbecue area with an additional dining area so you can enjoy the best meals with family and friends.

In total, the beautiful Villa La Playata can accommodate up to 6 people. Enjoy your holiday in La Playata by the pool with this beautiful view of the sea.

What is in the villa?
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
