An oasis of tranquillity can be found at this wonderful holiday home, located in the quiet residential area of Vernissapark on a mountain flank of the Jalon valley. The holiday home has a kidney-shaped private pool in a beautifully landscaped garden and is divided into 2 separate living units, each with its own entrance. The villa is 2 km from the village of Murla with a neighborhood shop where you can find all basic products, the supermarket is 8 km. This holiday home is an excellent base for exploring both the coast and the interior of the Costa Blanca. Upstairs is furnished with a full kitchen, living room, two en-suite bedrooms. Downstairs there is a living area with fully equipped kitchen, living-sitting room and two bedrooms with their own bathroom en suite. Each residential unit has its own furnished terrace with a breath taking view of the garden and valley. There is 1 parking space at the house. There is air conditioning in the living room and in each bedroom. Please note: Guests booking via Airbnb will be required to pay the deposit of EURO 400 on site.
