A spacious kitchen with gas cooker, dishwasher and a room with washing machine. A large bedroom with a double bed and an independent bathroom with shower tray. On the UPPER FLOOR, we find three bedrooms with double beds each and a bathroom with bathtub.

EXTERIOR: The villa has a large plot where the 8x4 swimming pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower is located. There is also a brick barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. Parking is available on the same plot for 3-4 vehicles.

LOCATION: The villa is located in Benissa in a very quiet area, perfect for those who want to spend relaxing holidays and just a few minutes by car from Calpe. The nearest sandy beach is 8 km away and the closest supermarket (Lidl Benissa) is 800 m from the property.
