Description

The location of the holiday home is perfect - nice restaurants, cafés and shops are in the immediate vicinity of the centre. You can stay in this holiday home without a car. It is located in the quiet little town of Cala Ferrera with a small supermarket directly opposite. The beautiful beach bays of Cala Selena and Cala Ferrera are less than a 5-minute walk away. A must is the marina of Cala d'Or, which is nearby (approx. 10 minute drive / approx. 1/2 hour walk). This invites you to take a lovely stroll along the promenade with views of impressive yachts and sailing boats. In the pedestrianised area of Cala d'Or there is a large selection of restaurants, boutiques and souvenir shops. The bays of Cala Gran and Cala Esmerald with their fine sandy beaches are also not far from the house. Description of "My Casa Ferrera": The modern semi-detached house (total living space approx. 150sqm, plot approx. 250sqm) has on the ground floor * a spacious and modern furnished living room * a dining area * a guest bathroom (WC with shower) and * a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle). From the living and dining room and from the kitchen you have access to the terrace and the large pool, where you can relax and enjoy the sun loungers. The upper floor has three bedrooms: * 1st large bedroom with a double bed and bathroom en suite * 2nd bedroom with double single beds * 3rd bedroom with twin beds one bathroom (with shower) All three bedrooms are equipped with large built-in wardrobes. In the basement there is a utility room equipped with: * Washing machine * Ironing board and iron * wash basin Note on booking and arrival/departure: * Minimum booking: 6 days in the low season and 7 days in the high season, shorter periods on request, so please make sure you book in advance * Arrival: from 16.00 h: independent check-in via key box * Departure: before 10.00 h Other facilities: * Flat screen TV with satellite reception (in the living room) * WLAN in the whole house * high chair for children * Baby cot available free of charge on request in the large bedroom. For a cleaning fee of 30,- Euro we also provide baby bed linen. * Air conditioning and central heating in every room * Fire alarms in the bedrooms, kitchen and living area No youth group under 18 years: IMPORTANT: Please always state the names and ages of all travellers when making a booking so that your booking can be answered quickly. Included in the price: * Bed linen per person: hand towel, bath towel and pool towel for use in the house * Tea towels * all utilities (electricity, water) * Heating included from 12 November to 14 April: 8am - 12pm and 8pm - midnight * Air conditioning: 2 - 4 pm and 8 pm - 4 am * outdoor lighting with motion detector: from 8.30 pm to 7.00 am Other obligatory costs to be paid in cash on site: * 300,- Euro deposit * Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) per person aged 16 and over: 2.20 euros in high season / 0.50 euros in low season Security advice: There are smoke detectors in the bedrooms as well as in the living/dining area and in the kitchen. Smoking is therefore generally prohibited throughout the house! The pool is not safe for small children or non-swimmers. The responsibility lies with the tenants.
