Sa Penya Rodona is a luxurious accommodation. The main entrance is at the rear of the house and leads through to the spacious, perfectly equipped kitchen. Adjacent is the beautiful dining room, with patio doors leading to the front upper terrace. The large living room is tastefully decorated with elegant furniture, Smart TV and Playstation Type 2. Large patio doors also lead out onto the beautiful upper outdoor terrace with fantastic views and the partial canopy provides both sun and shade. A few steps lead down half a level to the master bedroom, equipped with a double bed, dressing room, full en suite bathroom and access to the upper sun terrace. From here there are further impressive views over the property and the beautiful lower pool area. Also on this level are two further bedrooms, each with two single beds, which share a fully equipped bathroom. On the ground floor, from the covered terrace at the front of the house, there is access to a separate double bedroom. This beautiful, spacious room has a double bed, dressing room and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower (wheelchair accessible).

Surrounded by dry stone walls and a beautiful terrace, there is a long pool with mosaic tiles and an outdoor shower. Small iron doors have been installed so that this area can be closed off safely for children. Above the pool area is a terrace covered by shady vines with an enormous stone table, the ideal place for long barbecues in the balmy summer air with fantastic panoramic views. For convenience, there is an adjoining outdoor kitchen, as well as a small playground with a swing and slide for the little ones and a great outdoor barbecue next to the pool.
