The outside areas are spectacular. Cool off in the chlorinated pool of 6 x 3 m with a depth ranging from 1 m to 2 m. There is a large garden with a swing for children, and a terrace with a barbecue. The 150 m2 villa, distributed over two floors, has four bedrooms. The fully-equipped kitchen has a glass-ceramic hob. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cala Pi is 17km from Llucmajor and 4km from the Talayotic village of Capocorb, declared a historical monument, which can be visited any day on payment of an entry fee. Access by car is easy and there is free parking. The beach at Cala Pi is reached by going down some steep stairs. Palma is 45 km away, where you will find cultural tours, monuments, museums, and extensive shopping.
