Description

Marina de Calas de Mallorca is a finca near Calas de Mallorca, in a quiet location with a family-friendly outdoor area. All rooms are on one floor, which offers spacious areas both inside and out. The large open-plan living room is connected to the kitchen and has access to the beautiful terrace via sliding glass doors. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dining area. Next to it is the utility room with washing machine and an additional fridge. There is also a bathroom with shower next to the kitchen. The house has four bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and two have two single beds each. There are two further bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Air conditioning in the bedrooms with fixed and limited hours of use from 21:00 to 09:00. The inviting veranda with another dining table and chill-out area overlooks the pool and Calas de Mallorca with the coast in the background. There is a walled-in barbecue for cosy barbecue evenings. The highlight for the little ones is the great private children's playground with swing, slide and play area.
