Description

The beautiful finca is situated in a slightly elevated position in the countryside, close to the small Mallorcan village of Calonge. The view from the property sweeps across the countryside. The sea still shines in the distance on the horizon. A small supermarket, a small selection of restaurants and the plaza are just a 10-minute walk away. Another nearby village is S'Horta, which is also within easy walking distance. Overall, this rural area, which has retained an attractive, authentic charm, is ideal for long walks or excursions by bike. Bicycles can be hired in Cala d'Or all year round. The undeveloped bay of Cala Sanau with its fine sandy beach and turquoise waters is just 5 kilometres away. Cala d'Or, also 5 kilometres away, offers a nice change of pace. The lively tourist resort offers an endless choice of restaurants and shops. Here or in the exclusive marina of Cala d'Or it is wonderful to stroll around late at night. A selection of discos and bars with live music also makes the resort attractive for night owls. If you prefer a quieter pace, head to Porto Colom, which is around 7 kilometres away. The charming and authentic fishing village is an excellent place to dine. In the summer months, Mallorcan families like to stay here by the sea and Spaniards from the mainland also appreciate the beautiful ambience.
