In addition, there is a second bathroom with a bathtub. The ground floor remains closed and uninhabited during the rental period.

The exterior of the villa features a spacious covered terrace that houses the impressive 8x4 meter swimming pool, complete with Roman stairs and a refreshing outdoor shower. There is also a space with a washing machine and a portable barbecue to enjoy meals outdoors. Parking on the same plot has capacity for up to 3 vehicles.
