INTERIOR: This beautiful villa is composed of the GROUND FLOOR which consists of three bedrooms with a double bed each, two of them with an en-suite bathroom, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. A bedroom with two single beds and lastly a bathroom with a shower. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV that provides access to a comfortable covered terrace. An independent kitchen fully equipped with gas stoves and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom.

EXTERIOR: It features a spacious terrace surrounded by vegetation with a 9x4 rectangular pool with Roman stairs. It also highlights the practical summer kitchen equipped with stoves and refrigerator, on whose exterior part we find the built-in barbecue. There is parking in the same plot for two or three vehicles.

LOCATION: This villa is ideal for those who want to relax during their vacation, given the tranquility and proximity it offers. A short distance will allow them to access the center of Calpe (3.5 km) as well as the sandy beach (2.3 km) and the supermarket (2.2 km).
