Interior

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with SAT/DTT TV. The villa has two kitchens: one on each floor. The kitchen on the upper floor is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and fridge, while the ground floor kitchen has a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The ground floor also has two bedrooms with two single beds each, a bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

There are ceiling fans on the upper floor (in the dining room, main bedroom and hallway) and three on the ground floor (in the dining room, main bedroom and hallway). All rooms on the upper floor have a fan, while on the ground floor only one double room has a fan. Double rooms, both upstairs and downstairs, are equipped with electric heaters.

Exterior

The villa is located on a large, enclosed and tree-lined plot with pine trees, ideal for families with children, as it offers plenty of space to enjoy. The 8x3.5 metre pool with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower is perfect for cooling off. There is also a barbecue with a fridge and washing machine, and parking space for four vehicles on the same plot.

Location

Located in the "Calalga" urbanisation, the villa is very close to beaches and all services. The sea is just 550 metres away, and the sandy beach, along with restaurants and supermarkets, is 1.3 km from the property.
